The out-of-pocket cost shown is the consultation fee less the listed Medicare rebate. Medicare eligibility and rebates can vary depending on the service provided and the patient’s individual circumstances.
Payment and Medicare Rebates
Payment is required in full at the completion of your consultation.
Where available, we can submit your Medicare claim electronically. The applicable Medicare rebate will then be paid into the bank account you have registered with Medicare.

Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for services including:
- Procedures and wound care
- Dressings and medical consumables
- Vaccinations not funded under a government program
- Medical reports and forms
- Insurance and employment medicals
- Commercial driver’s licence medicals
- Services not covered by Medicare
Please ask reception about any expected fees when booking your appointment.
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify the practice as soon as possible, with at least 2 hours’ notice.
Patients who fail to attend an appointment or cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee starting from $70, and a fee of $140 for a double appointment. This fee must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
