Did Not Attend Policy:  If you are unable to attend your appointment, for any reason, please contact the surgery at least 2 hours prior to your booking. Late cancellations and/or failure to attend will result in a fee starting from $70 for a single appointment and $140 for a double appointment payable prior to any further bookings.
